Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families to develop tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a variety of family dynamics and personal crises.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples while also offering individual counseling to their family members when necessary.
\n
• Addressing issues such as alcohol abuse, interpersonal conflict, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Utilizing telehealth technology to conduct sessions efficiently and reach patients who may not have access to traditional in-person services.
\n
• Collaborating with other clinical team members to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse range of patients, including: - Couples seeking to improve their relationships and communication. - Families dealing with separation and divorce, helping them to adjust and navigate their new dynamics. - Individuals facing personal challenges such as job stress, medical issues, or grief. - Child and adolescent populations requiring specialized therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.
