Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage with clients through a combination of individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on a holistic approach that benefits entire families. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
\n
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions for couples while conducting individual meetings to deepen the understanding of family dynamics.

• Addressing a variety of issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, family conflicts, communication difficulties, and adjustments during divorce or separation.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to promote healthier relationships and personal growth.

• Continuously monitoring and evaluating client progress, adapting strategies and treatment lengths as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse range of patients, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing children, adolescents, and adults. Your focus will be on delivering personalized care for various situations, such as blended families, job-related stress, medical challenges, and interpersonal conflicts. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Embrace Shift Wellness offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 100,000 annually, with the potential for unlimited earnings based on client engagement and performance. In addition to a robust income, you will also receive:
