Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic support to individuals and families dealing with a range of issues. Your duties include:

• Delivering one-on-one and couple’s therapy sessions, which may involve working with each partner separately to gain comprehensive insights.

• Facilitating discussions around complex issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological distress, grief and loss, communication difficulties, and family conflicts.

• Implementing treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients while utilizing therapeutic methodologies that promote healing and resolution.

• Documenting client progress and outcomes accurately in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case studies, share insights, and collaborate on treatment approaches.
