Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities as an LMFT will involve:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients, including couples and families, to devise individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, as well as providing individual therapy for each participant within the family unit.
\n
• Addressing a range of complex issues such as alcohol abuse, conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and communication difficulties.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic methodologies to promote better understanding and resolution of family dynamics.
\n
• Tracking client progress and documenting treatment outcomes in accordance with industry standards and organizational policies.
\n
• Providing support for clients in high-stress situations such as separation and divorce, alongside blended family adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will primarily involve working with diverse populations, including adults and children/adolescents. You will be engaged in helping clients navigate their emotional and relational challenges, enhancing their coping mechanisms, and fostering resilience in the context of family interactions. Your expertise will provide support for those dealing with medical issues and job-related stress, as well as facilitating conflict resolution among family members.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• An accredited Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active state licensure to practice in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
