Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Wellspring Shift Wellness, you will engage in the assessment and treatment of various familial and personal issues. Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting thorough intake assessments with couples and individuals to establish therapeutic goals.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that focus on improving family dynamics and individual mental health.
\n
• Providing both individual and joint therapy sessions to facilitate open communication and conflict resolution.
\n
• Addressing a wide range of issues including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and challenges related to blended families.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Collaborating with community resources and professionals to provide comprehensive and coordinated care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patients include diverse populations consisting of adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges. You will work with families navigating difficult transitions, such as divorce or blending into a new family unit, and assist clients in managing issues related to mental health, stressful life events, and interpersonal conflicts. Your role is crucial in providing accessible care to those seeking help every day.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active LMFT license in the state of Georgia.

Preferred Experience\n

Successful candidates will also demonstrate experience in the following areas:

• Previous experience in a clinical environment focused on family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Wellspring Shift Wellness offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including:
