Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients, focusing on the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms, to determine their needs.

• Develop personalized treatment plans by incorporating evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's specific situation.

• Engage clients and families in educational discussions around mood disorders and provide essential information on treatment options and self-care practices.

• Monitor client progress meticulously to ensure that treatment plans are adjusted as necessary, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and responsiveness to client needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrative and comprehensive care.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic strategies and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid Washington state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
