Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in your practice. You will be equipped with the latest telehealth technologies to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring that you can connect effectively with your clients. While the primary work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate the needs of our diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to understand patients' unique needs and establish tailored treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using established modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to help individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups that promote understanding of mental health and decrease stigma.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and support to clients in urgent situations, remaining calm and effective under pressure.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical regulations and standards.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and case consultations to enhance therapeutic techniques and stay current with industry advancements.

You will work with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals struggling with various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in California is required.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with various evidence-based treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
