This position offers flexibility as it is a fully remote role, allowing therapists to work from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a work-life balance. You will set your schedule within the working hours of Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapeutic sessions through secure video conferencing, tailoring interventions to meet the specific needs of individual adult clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary focus will be on adult clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management. You will play a crucial role in helping these individuals explore their challenges, develop coping strategies, and work towards healing and self-discovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) is essential.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in providing evidence-based therapies in a clinical setting is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
