Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique challenges and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele consists primarily of individuals facing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, and life transitions. You will work closely with adults, adolescents, and families, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet each client's specific circumstances and needs. By building strong relationships, you will foster a supportive space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, aiding them on their journey toward wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Matter’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of practical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating effective engagement strategies with diverse populations.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients quickly, ensuring a productive therapeutic relationship.

Compensation and Benefits\n
