Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that accurately identify patients' needs and strengths, allowing for the development of tailored treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Top Acres, you will work with a diverse patient population, addressing various mental health conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse disorders. Our approach is patient-centered, aiming to empower individuals and families through personalized support and effective therapeutic practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Candidates must possess current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
