Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop culturally appropriate and family-centered treatment plans aimed at addressing individual or family dynamics, utilizing trauma-informed practices throughout.

• Deliver quality outpatient mental health services, including individual and family counseling, tailored to the specific requirements of each client.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary clinical team to coordinate services and share insights that enhance client care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with organizational standards.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary and ensure clients feel safe and supported during challenging times.

• Adhere to established programmatic standards while managing a designated caseload that fits the organization’s vision for effective service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active clinical license in California as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW; applicants with supervisory requirements will not be considered.

• A commitment to maintaining regular attendance and fulfilling job responsibilities in a timely manner.

Preferred Experience\n

We prefer candidates to have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, particularly in working with vulnerable populations and delivering trauma-informed care.
