Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand each client's unique background, mental health history, and treatment needs.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual goals, employing evidence-based techniques to support clients through their healing journeys.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions, covering an array of topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Collaborate proactively with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for clients.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health therapy and practices through continuous education, workshops, and seminars.

• Contribute valuable insights and suggestions to enhance service delivery and program effectiveness, helping the center evolve and improve.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population comprising individuals facing various emotional challenges. This includes children, adolescents, and adults who may be dealing with issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relational conflicts, and more. Your empathy and ability to establish rapport will be critical in creating safe spaces for these clients to share their experiences and work toward meaningful change.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) certifying you to practice as a mental health professional is essential.

• A minimum of three (3) years of direct experience working with individuals facing emotional and psychological challenges is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain rapport with clients quickly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 78,000 to USD 115,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
