Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Licensure as an LMFT or LCSW in compliance with California BBS regulations.

• Registration with CAQH and good standing with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of all backgrounds.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle a full caseload effectively.

• Dedication to confidentiality and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Preferred Experience\n

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience working with a variety of disorders across different age groups. Additional proficiency in multiple languages, especially Spanish, is highly encouraged and will be compensated with a bilingual salary differential. Candidates who have experience with telehealth practices or those who are paneled with insurance providers such as Alameda Alliance will find this an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , reflecting the experience and qualifications of the candidate.
