Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a variety of clients who have been pre-screened and are generally stable with low acuity. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is essential. Please note that we cannot accept interns or therapists requiring supervision for individual therapy.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are necessary to provide effective client interaction and documentation.

• A clean disciplinary record with no actions against your license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting at $70,000 for part-time therapists, with full-time professionals earning up to $130,000 annually. Additionally, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend and complimentary access to our platform's services as clients, enhancing your experience as both a therapist and a user.
