Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients to ensure a supportive environment tailored to individual needs.

• Diagnose a range of mental health disorders, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, addressing both immediate concern and long-term goals.

• Perform ongoing assessments to monitor client progress and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans accordingly.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
