This role is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients and deliver services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, leading to well-informed and personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of techniques tailored to different mental health concerns.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with case managers and psychiatrists to facilitate coordinated care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support throughout their treatment journey.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, applying your clinical expertise to de-escalate situations and ensure safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals from varied ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• An independent and active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
