Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Riverhead Behavioral Health Clinic, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

• Provide individual and couples therapy to clients across a wide age range, addressing various mental health concerns with empathy and professionalism.

• Utilize a comprehensive billing service that manages claims, client accounts, and payment plans, allowing you to focus primarily on client care.

• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions and therapy sessions in an organized and timely manner to ensure compliance and continuity of care.

• Schedule ongoing appointments with clients while managing an updated calendar to optimize service delivery and client engagement.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse array of clinical presentations, utilizing your therapeutic skills to adapt to the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with clients from various backgrounds and age groups, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. This diversity allows for a rich therapeutic experience where you can utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions and approaches to foster healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• Current independent license as an LCSW in the state of Maryland is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, plus a sign-on bonus for qualifying candidates. Our compensation structure reflects the hourly rate for therapists employed as W2 employees, ensuring stability and financial security in your role.
