Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LCSW, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting detailed clinical assessments for hospice patients, informing tailored treatment plans that accommodate their unique emotional and psychological needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be patients receiving hospice care, many of whom may be grappling with terminal illness, significant psychological distress, and grief. You will use your skills to help them find peace and understanding, essential elements for both patients and their families during this profoundly challenging period of life. Additionally, you will address the emotional needs of family members, guiding them through the grieving process and providing resources to support their mental health.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.

• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience, particularly in providing psychotherapy and mental health support.
