In this role, you'll work three days per week, serving multiple school sites specializing in IU classes, Autistic Support, and Multiple Disabilities Support. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active OT license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in school settings is highly preferred
• Strong background with Autistic Support and Multiple Disabilities Support populations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with students, staff, and families
• Ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ sensory-motor and functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff and classroom teachers
• Provide direct therapy interventions to address students’ educational needs
• Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by the district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student progress
