Key Responsibilities\n

• Cultivate and maintain a therapeutic alliance with clients by establishing rapport and trust, ensuring a strong professional relationship built on ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and overall therapeutic journey, while facilitating discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and regularly monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Keep meticulous documentation of client interactions, including progress notes and assessment reports, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

• Administer intake assessments to evaluate the needs and psychological status of new clients.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions with clients, employing evidence-based practices and techniques.

• Participate in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on therapeutic approaches.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with a diverse outpatient population, including individuals and families grappling with a variety of mental health challenges. Our clients range widely in age and background, and they present with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing their mental health and fostering resilience as they navigate their personal challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Comfortable using technology including Excel spreadsheets, electronic health records (such as RMS or PIMSY), and email communication platforms like Outlook.

Compensation and Benefits\n

At Griffin and Associates, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, based on experience and caseload. Our compensation structure follows a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring timely payment without delays for reimbursement.
