Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for students to identify their emotional, social, and academic needs, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide high-quality counseling services that include, but are not limited to, individual and group therapy sessions, psychoeducation, and health promotion strategies.

• Collaborate with students, parents, and educational staff to develop personalized care plans which focus on behavioral modification, coping mechanisms, and lifestyle enhancements tailored for school settings.

• Facilitate goal setting sessions with students, both synchronously and asynchronously, to equip them with tools to manage their mental health and academic pressures effectively.

• Regularly reach out to students to maintain engagement, monitor progress, and encourage proactive behavior changes based on their unique needs and preferences.

• Document all student interactions, treatment progression, and care plans meticulously within our electronic health record (EHR) system for accurate tracking and compliance purposes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily supports a diverse student population in an educational setting. You will work with children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
