Executive Assistant II - Contractor

Overview Title: Executive Assistant II Duration: 03 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE Location: San Jose California 95113 Pay Rate: $30 - $33.00 hourly on W2 Hybrid, 3 days in office, 2 remote Responsibilities Seeking temporary high level administrative support in place of an employee's temporary leave. This resource will be responsible for performing clerical functions such as managing calendars, travel, and expense reports. There will be office management duties such as ordering suppliers, managing shipping/deliveries, coordinating access for visitors and vendors. Assist with managing events—coordinating locations, printing registration lists, and name badges. Organize meetings, registrations, etc. Work with payment systems. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications MUST HAVE SKILLS: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Strong organization and prioritization skills
