Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs, build rapport, and establish trust, which is foundational for effective therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD in the state of Tennessee.

• Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications, including Google Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth counseling and familiarity with best practices related to virtual therapy sessions.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and families.
\n
• Specialization or training in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The LPC role at Access Healing Therapy offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits, which include:
