This full-time position allows you to provide exceptional mental health counseling remotely through our telehealth platform. Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for work-life balance and flexibility in your scheduling. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., offering structure while allowing for autonomy in managing your caseload and client appointments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients to diagnose mental health conditions effectively and create individualized treatment plans that align with their unique needs.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of 25-30 clients per week, ensuring that each session is documented accurately according to company policy.
\n
• Deliver high-quality customer service by engaging with clients and their families, fostering a therapeutic alliance that supports recovery.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions and techniques tailored to help clients achieve their goals, whether in individual, family, or group therapy settings.

• Collaborate with case managers, medical personnel, and school staff as needed to ensure coordinated care and support.

• Prepare and submit detailed documentation for each client interaction, adhering to company guidelines while tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, addressing mental health needs across various demographics, including individuals, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
\n
• Demonstrated understanding of family dynamics and therapy services, alongside suitable experience in mental health documentation and fee collection practices.

• Proficiency in completing diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical notes with a keen eye for detail.

• A proven track record of working effectively with children, adolescents, couples, and families in a therapeutic setting.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to engage effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.

• The capability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients, fostering professional relationships built on trust.

• Experience and sensitivity in working with a diverse range of backgrounds and needs.

• A background check clearance is mandatory considering our commitment to safeguarding vulnerable populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
