Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the mental health needs of clients, formulating and implementing individualized treatment plans that align with their specific goals and circumstances.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, delivering both individual and group therapy sessions, while providing exceptional service and support throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Utilize digital documentation practices to maintain accurate treatment plans, progress notes, and other required client records in accordance with company policies.

• Engage creatively in the therapeutic process, adapting interventions to meet clients' evolving needs and helping them achieve and surpass their treatment goals.

• Coordinate closely with families, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's situation.

You will be working with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n
