Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations, diagnose disorders, and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.

• Manage a caseload of 25-30 clients weekly, maintaining thorough documentation per company policy, including session notes, treatment reviews, and client progress assessments.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, case managers, families, and educational staff to coordinate comprehensive care and resource provision for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current and active state licensing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
