Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by building rapport, fostering positive relationships, and adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and needs for future appointments, ensuring appropriate discharge planning when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on client-centered assessments and therapeutic goals.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress notes for each client, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless coordination of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential client information and determine initial treatment directions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
