Key Responsibilities\n \n Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, utilizing standardized tools and evidence-based methodologies to assist in the diagnostic process. \n Craft detailed, individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, setting realistic therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients. \n Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions via telehealth, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) aimed at enhancing client outcomes. \n Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to provide holistic care, attending regular case consultations with psychiatrists and psychologists to discuss client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary. \n Educate and guide clients’ family members involved in the treatment process, facilitating family sessions to foster understanding and support within the home environment. \n Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in adherence with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n Therapists at Garden Grove Psychotherapy will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders.
