This role is fully remote, catering to the modern demand for flexible work settings. As a Telehealth Specialist, you will leverage technology to conduct therapy sessions, utilizing secure electronic health record systems such as AVATAR. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations by performing preliminary interviews and documenting clinical findings from initial consultation through to treatment completion.

• Develop comprehensive treatment and intervention plans that address the unique needs of individuals, couples, families, or groups.
\n
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, using evidence-based methodologies and innovative approaches tailored to diverse populations.
\n
• Monitor clients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and ensuring alignment with their evolving needs and goals.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate holistic care for clients.

• Provide ongoing support to clients and their families, including educating them on managing mental health challenges and recovery processes.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records while adhering to HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.

• Follow up with clients who may require hospitalization, ensuring a smooth transition back to outpatient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population that may include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and addiction disorders. Your expertise will help empower clients towards recovery and resilience, fostering a safe space for healing and growth through meaningful interactions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.
\n
• A satisfactory score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey empathy and build rapport.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities that foster a collaborative atmosphere within our team and with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or in a relevant counseling role.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as AVATAR.

• Knowledge of best practices from the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA) and an understanding of the impact of various medications on mental health.

• Experience dealing with complex psychological and emotional disorders, including addiction and co-occurring conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience. This competitive compensation package includes a sign-on bonus, comprehensive health benefits, and a retirement savings plan with employer contributions.
