As a telehealth counselor, you will utilize electronic communication tools and platforms designed to ensure a safe and secure counseling experience. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to accurately determine their mental health needs, using standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, considering each client's unique situation and preferences.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions through telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy that is both accessible and effective.

• Organize and lead group therapy sessions or family therapy sessions, allowing clients to gain support from peers and improve their coping strategies.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans and therapeutic approaches as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and summary reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and develop integrated treatment strategies.

• Engage in regular professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to stay informed about the latest therapies and mental health innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will serve a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
