Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, leading to accurate clinical diagnoses and the creation of tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using proven modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more, ensuring that each client receives personalized care.

• Respond adeptly to mental health crises, providing immediate support and crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, and coordinating care as required.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, including treatment progress and assessment results.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that each client receives comprehensive and holistic care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions and navigate available community resources.

• Commit to continuous learning and professional development by attending workshops, training, and staying updated on the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve a diverse array of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will engage with people from different backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults, tailoring your therapeutic approach to fit their specific circumstances and cultural contexts. This flexibility enables you to foster resilience and promote positive outcomes for each client.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities, with an emphasis on delivering tailored treatment.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective client engagement and collaboration with other professionals.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
