Job Description and Duties The Office Revolving Fund and Travel Unit Supervisor, an Accounting Administrator I (Supervisor), will plan, organize, and direct all functions of the Unit within the Expenditure Section. Responsibilities include establishing policies and procedures related to travel, revolving fund and warrant distribution activities, monitoring new state travel rules, communicating updates, managing staff, and assisting the Expenditure Section Chief in developing and implementing travel, revolving fund, and warrant distribution control guidelines. The Supervisor will set clear daily operations direction, prioritize work, monitor processes, ensure staff have necessary tools and guidance, build collaborative relationships, foster an inclusive environment, coach and develop team members, promote customer service and accountability, and support continuous improvement.
