Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in collaborative meetings with other health care professionals to establish pre-crisis and crisis management plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment protocols.

• Timely completion of required documentation in adherence to regulatory standards, ensuring high-quality care and accountability.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to support adaptation in treatment modalities effectively.

• Lead and contribute to the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Actively participate in the clinic's licensing and accreditation procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining high service standards.

• Serve as a liaison between clients and relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Build and maintain relationships with local, state, and community organizations to promote our services, identify collaboration opportunities, and secure potential funding sources.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through attendance at conferences, workshops, and state meetings relevant to mental health practices.

• Embody and integrate the agency’s mission and values into everyday practice, positively influencing workplace morale and community relationships.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support operational goals and enhance service delivery.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing challenges with emotional regulation, substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. Qualifications\n

• An independent LMHC license is necessary to practice in Washington state.
