Client Advisor - Crystals (Spanish Speaker)

Summary The Client Advisor delivers a high-touch retail experience through personalized clienteling and exceptional service, focused on the Crystals category and Spanish-speaking clients. This sales-driven role builds and deepens client relationships, meets commercial targets, and creates memorable in-store moments. The advisor acts as a brand ambassador who drives repeat business and contributes to overall store performance. Responsibilities Develop and maintain client relationships to drive lifetime loyalty and repeat sales. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store commercial targets. Capture and maintain client data using POS and client tracking systems to grow outreach business. Deliver elevated in-store experiences and convert appointments through discovery and styling. Promote key product pillars and identify opportunities to grow personal sales business. Execute hospitality and store amenities best practices and act on client feedback to improve the experience. Requirements Experience in retail, luxury retail, or client-facing hospitality roles with a proven track record of commercial results. Spanish speaking required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency with POS systems, client tracking tools, and Microsoft Outlook/email. Ability to connect with a diverse client base and deliver personalized styling and service.
