Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will involve working closely with couples and families, conducting assessments and developing treatment plans aimed at addressing various behavioral health issues. Specific tasks include:

• Conducting individual and collaborative sessions to assess and support client needs.

• Providing therapeutic interventions for issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment to separation and divorce.

• Facilitating discussions among family members to enhance communication and resolve conflicts.

• Documenting client progress meticulously to ensure effective treatment routes are implemented.

• Engaging in continuous professional development and training to enhance therapeutic skills and approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including adults, children, and adolescents, fostering holistic treatment tailored to their unique needs. You will address a broad range of concerns, including but not limited to psychological abuse, job stress, blended family dynamics, and mother/daughter conflicts. Your commitment to understanding each client's context will be pivotal in formulating effective treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current, active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
