About the Role:
Join BERGER BROS CAMERA EXCHANGE as a Full Charge Bookkeeper and play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to our dynamic team. Ideal candidate will work 2-3 days a week. 11am-6pm (Flexible Hours)
Responsibilities:
Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Reconcile bank & credit card statements and ensure all accounts are up to date.
Process camera rebates and price protection claim forms.
Process payroll via ADP and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Handle accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Assist Accountant with financial reports and Sales Tax.
Collaborate with management to improve financial processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and ADP.
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
