Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand the emotional and social factors influencing the well-being of clients and their families.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and concerns, focusing on areas such as grief, anxiety, and coping with terminal illness.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, utilizing modalities relevant to hospice care, including individual and family therapy, to foster emotional resilience during challenging times.

• Document all clinical interactions and maintain accurate and timely records, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Active LCSW license in the state of New Jersey is required.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• At least two years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in a hospice or palliative care setting.

• Demonstrated proficiency in telehealth delivery systems for remote therapy sessions, facilitating access to care in a virtual environment.

• Strong clinical judgment, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to cultural humility and sensitivity.

Preferred Experience\n
