OPERATIONS

Full-Time Requisition #: PRODU003376 Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Works closely with production supervisors to provide leadership to production teams. Train new and existing employees through formal training processes and systems. Recommends and/or influences corrective actions. Administers coaching conversations. Manages teams not limited to production, time and attendance, and compliance with company policies and procedures. Understands and translates productivity and efficiency goals to production teams. Maintains visual boards with KPI’s by department Participates and trains production teams on safety and quality programs and initiatives. Creates and fosters a positive, inclusive, and dynamic culture that aligns with Gibraltar brand values. Other job duties and responsibilities as assigned Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma 1-year leading in a manufacturing environment Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred. Work Conditions: This job operates in an industrial manufacturing environment exposure to varying temperatures, loud noise levels, dust, fumes, oil, or other outdoor elements. This role requires regular standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time. Climbing stairs/ladders, squatting, sitting, operating machinery, and may require lifting to 50lbs, and must be able to wear PPE as required. This is a full-time position and may require overtime including night and weekend work.
