Work Environment\n

This role is predominantly remote, providing flexibility to work from home while maintaining engagement with clients from the comfort of your environment. We offer operational hours from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 7 pm, with flexible scheduling options such as 4x10 or 5x8 shifts for our employees.

Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic interventions, including:

• Providing psychotherapy or counseling services to clients in individual, group, couple, or family settings.

• Conducting thorough interviews to collect and interpret social, personal, environmental, and health information, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client backgrounds.

• Evaluating and treating various mental health issues within your professional scope of practice, focusing on the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Coordinating and developing programs and activities aimed at addressing clients' social and emotional needs.
\n
• Facilitating cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health cases, assisting with short-term crisis resolution and referring clients to appropriate community resources as needed.

• Establishing and maintaining therapeutic relationships characterized by mutual respect and trust, ensuring a supportive environment for all clients.

• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of treatment services provided, making necessary adjustments to enhance client outcomes.

• Documenting client interactions and maintaining up-to-date case notes in compliance with established protocols, reflecting all aspects of the care received.

• Ensuring a manageable caseload while fulfilling other duties as assigned, contributing to a team-based approach to care.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
