As a  Junior Partner Manager, you work in a team that oversees EFG's global portfolio of brand partners. You are expected to work collaboratively with brand partners, the product and event teams, and the sales team to support high-quality sponsorship programs across global esports events and gaming festivals.

 

Role Requirements: 

• Prepare internal and external recap materials that document partnership execution and outcomes.

• Gather and organize data for case studies to highlight successful activations and best practices.

• Support the Partner Activations team with event preparation and operational logistics.

• Work across global product and event teams to gather information and streamline communication, resulting in successful partnership execution.

• Maintain knowledge of and manage expectations surrounding event timelines and deadlines.

 

 

Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

• Proficiency in basic data handling and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint).

• Interest in esports and event production is a plus.

• Ability to understand and strengthen processes and workflows.

• A hunger to learn and a "no task is too small" attitude.

 

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, related discipline, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position or capacity.

• An understanding of the esports and gaming industry, sponsorships, and/or brand experience with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on the latest trends.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written.

• Willingness to travel, both domestic and international.

 

This position will require you to travel frequently. Expect at least 14 full days of travel, some of it internationally.
