Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Current active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree minimum is required, although a Master's degree is preferred in a relevant field such as Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related area.

• Proven understanding of unique mental health challenges faced by patients in outpatient care.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships and work effectively within a collaborative healthcare environment.
