Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, which may include pre-crisis and crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of required documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, promoting accountability and transparency.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools endorsed by the clinical team to inform treatment decisions and enhance patient outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to devise and implement positive behavior support plans that empower clients toward recovery.
\n
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and continuous quality improvement.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, enhancing service delivery and resource coordination.

• Foster effective communication channels to meet contract standards and promote the organization’s mission across the community.

• Build and maintain relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to facilitate program promotion and identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, conferences, and relevant meetings to broaden expertise and influence.

• Promote and integrate the agency’s mission, values, and principles in every aspect of patient care and community engagement.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the overall mission of the center.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
