Role Overview – Key Responsibilities

• Conduct both standard and complex lab tests—including but not limited to chemistry, hematology, and immunology—following established procedures.
• Ensure result accuracy through diligent analysis, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare them for testing as required.
• Keep meticulous records of all laboratory activities, provide training for newcomers, and support adherence to laboratory quality assurance standards.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent degree in an allied health field, along with ASCP/AMT certification (preparation required).

Licensing and Certification

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be achieved within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your tenure.
