Your Role Awaits

• Conduct a range of routine and complex clinical lab tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—adhering to established protocols.
• Verify accuracy of results, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and contribute to maintaining quality standards in the lab.
• Ensure a hygienic work environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree supported by ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your employment with us.
