Work Environment

The position is primarily onsite in the patients' homes, creating a personalized care experience. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, developing individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs and goals.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care, providing consultation on the required adjustments in patients' treatment plans.
• Adhere to customer service standards while engaging with patients of all ages and cultures, ensuring respectful and effective communication.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust approaches as necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing to ongoing discussions about patient care and best practices.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about physical therapy services and the benefits of orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants, aides, and student interns, fostering their professional development.
• Continuously enhance your own competencies through self-study, in-service training, and attendance at relevant continuing education programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population suffering from various orthopedic conditions, including postoperative rehabilitation, sports injuries, arthritis, and age-related musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Preferred Experience
