Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide brief individual therapy to clients enrolled in the Functional Recovery Program (FRP), regularly evaluating their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop personalized treatment plans that adhere to established best practices in the field of pain psychology.

• Utilize an integrative therapeutic approach to address complex psychological issues, particularly in clients experiencing chronic pain or trauma.

• Establish strong rapport with clients, families, and colleagues, ensuring open lines of communication for effective treatment.

• Employ sound judgment in clinical situations, demonstrating excellent decision-making skills that prioritize patient welfare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals and families dealing with various psychological disorders, emotional distress, relational conflicts, and challenging life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid and active California license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), accompanied by a Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
