Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Special Education teaching license required
• Experience working with students in Early Childhood, Elementary (K–5), and Secondary (Grades 6–12) settings
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and special education law
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Adaptability and creativity in developing instructional strategies
• Passion for supporting diverse learning needs and creating inclusive classrooms

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs tailored to individual student strengths and areas of need
• Deliver instruction across various grade levels, adjusting techniques for Early Childhood and up to High School learners
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistent student support
• Track and report student progress toward academic and developmental goals
• Cultivate a safe, positive, and supportive classroom environment
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and ongoing training as needed
