Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and support systems, ensuring that each assessment reflects the unique circumstances of the individual.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using various evidence-based treatment modalities, tailoring therapeutic approaches to the specific needs and backgrounds of clients.

• Implement and adapt treatment plans that prioritize clients' goals, incorporating evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peers, to ensure a cohesive treatment strategy that addresses all aspects of a client’s health.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, actively engaging clients in their recovery journeys.

• Conduct crisis intervention when necessary, performing risk assessments and developing safety plans to address immediate client needs effectively.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with ethical and legal standards, utilizing the organization’s electronic health record systems.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
