Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine children’s eligibility for services and to tailor interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that all aspects of a child's development are addressed.

• Monitor and document progress against established goals, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary to facilitate optimal child outcomes.

• Provide emotional support and guidance to families, assisting them in accessing resources and understanding their role in their child's development.
\n
• Administer standardized assessments using validated tools to effectively gauge developmental milestones.
\n
• Engage in regular team meetings to review cases and share insights that enhance team strategies and outcomes.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all pertinent federal and state regulations concerning early intervention services.

• Build and sustain supportive relationships with children, families, and educational professionals to cultivate a nurturing and effective learning environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on infants and toddlers, ages 0-3, who exhibit delays in physical, cognitive, socio-emotional, or communication development. By closely working with their families, you will ensure each child receives the individualized support necessary to thrive, leveraging natural learning environments and tailored interventions. Approaching treatment through the lens of family dynamics, you will help parents and caregivers build confidence and competencies to implement strategies at home and in everyday settings.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the appropriate regulatory body.

• A valid driver’s license is required for occasional travel for in-person meetings or trainings.

• Demonstrated skill in adapting interventions to meet diverse learning styles and developmental needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
