Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients experiencing major mental health challenges, offering both individual and group therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that might include risk assessment and crisis management, ensuring that clients receive appropriate interventions.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that link services and resources to clients, facilitating communication between clients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

• Deliver brief, focused treatment and recovery support services, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of diverse populations.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss cases, share insights, and develop collaborative approaches to behavioral health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
